I agree, check the relay. 75 W200 wouldn't start but had spark fuel etc. I did the troubleshooting guide in the Haynes manual and traced it to the relay. Got the orange one from Mopar and starts better than ever now. Remember to always check the little ceramic thingy on the firewall first and carry some spares, they are cheap. Goodluck.
