I have a manual that came with my '65 Dodge pickup (bought it new back then). It is a good manual. Don't know if Dodge still sells it but it says in the front cover - "Extra copies of this Manual are available for $5.00 each plus local taxes. Part number 81-370-5350. Order from Dodge Truck Operations, Chrisler Motors Coporation, P.O. Box 2088, Detroit, Michigan, 48231".
