Need help on supposed 70 Dodge 1 Ton Military truck.
I have now seen the truck. Here's what I found, still need help with validity, value. Your
help is needed!
The truck is crew cab, with 383, 4 speed, 4WD; Has steel bed (orig bed long gone). The
emblems on the front fenders: "Power Wagon" and "200". Front has PTO winch. Owner
says: "was one of 600 made for Vietnam, some 25 survived. One ton axles on 3/4 frame."
Was given to Forest Service, then sold to public. Condition: Mechanical seems really good,
shows 47K miles, is supposed to be correct. Body has outer rust and some in floor pan.
Now, the real dilemma. The serial number on title is not like any I've seen, doesnt match
any lit: 22B505144T36, Title says 1970.
HELP HELP, sorry for length. Also, owner is asking way
to much, but truck needs rescuing. Am trying to decide if I should make offer. THANKS
for any help.
