winch is in over all good condition although i have not looked at the gears. it is complete, i have the bumpers, the frame ex. pto shaft , also the pto witch is dual direction , came off of a recker, and the cable is not bad other than the end was laying on the ground and is rusted off. I would like to have 1200 .00 for it all or would trade for simmiler setup for a 52 m 37. thanks.
