Hi,
There are several approaches if you can't find new or NOS rubber mounts.
You can order fiber-reinforced rubber (neoprene or whatever) washers from various suppliers. I recently ordered some from McMasters. These can be stacked if one washer is not thick enough.
Another approach is to buy a hole saw that will saw out a plug of the correct outside diameter. Then saw out some pieces of a fiber-reinforced rubber sheet...or the sidewall of a qood quality tire that is not weather checked. Be careful when using the hole saw, since it can grab and yank the drill out of your hands. I've had good luck with this technique by using my drill press on a high-speed setting and securely clamping the rubber sheet on the press table.
As long as the rubber is fiber-reinforced, resilient, and weather resistant, it should work quite well. The fiber reinforcing prevents the rubber from being squished out as the mount is tightened.
