I have priced the parts from Braden (actually Braden doesn't sell direct) - hold on to your hats $237.
It will be cheaper in the long run to get them from Vintage - I checked.
By the time you fabricate everthing which will be difficult if you want a first rate
job, it isn't worth the time.
I also suggest that everyone who has them put some locktite on the bolts that mount the
whole mechanisme to the winch casing. You might want to make a small stainless steel cable lanyard
and affix it to your $100 plus dollar parts.
