Paint or Powder-Coating

Spoke to the local sand blaster today. They offered to blast my FF's wheels and powder-coat them for about $65.00 each. How is that price?

Also, do wheels do better with painting or powder-coating? Which last longer and resists scratching/chipping that may come from tire mounting?
