I was suspended from ePay a while back for something similar. One day I get a star from them, and literally the next day, suspended. I went around with them for a couple of months trying to find out what I had done and never got a straight answer. It was very frustrating too as it took an average of 2 weeks to get a reply from them (which was always vauge).

I was aware of all the phishing going on and always deleted and sent things from both ePay & PayPal. I'm very security aware, but sometimes others lose or give out your info. I use AOL, & their main frame was hacked last year. I now avoid ePay like the plauge since they were so timely in their help.NOT!
