It sounds like you have a lot more "visitors" than I do on either of my places. I know what the lawyers would tell me about liability, but if it was up to lawyers, I'd make you sign a release form before I'd say "hello" to you. Personally, I like to assume the best of people, which in this case means they won't sue me if they stub their toe on a rock on my place, even though I know I may be naive. I figure the people that will cause me real trouble will just come around when I'm not there and do something really bad, signs or no signs, so I'm better off at least being somewhat friendly to everybody until they prove to me that I shouldn't be.
