yes, the pedal assembly, brackets everything is different. If you have all the parts you could do it. Or you can make an adapter plate for the earlier mounting to adapt a dual master. Someone on here posted pics of their adapter plate they made and it looked perfect. much less work than changing to hanging pedals.
