Go down to the Napa store and buy a Drag Link Socket. It looks like a screw driver bit for a 1/2" socket wrench. Grind it down to fit the screw head tightly. This really works better than the small blades that come with the impact driver. If it doesn't come out easily you can try a few wacks in the CW direction to help loosen it.
