Is there a 16.5" standard wheel out there that will let you mount the suplus Hummer tires on a Flat Fender or M37? ...or do you have to have a custom wheel built by Stockton Wheel or others?

There are tons of them listed right now in lots of 4ea. at this gov. liquidation website in Texas:
