wiring harness help needed

I have a wiring harness from Vintage wiring of Maine. The C1PW is a 6 volt positive ground system.
How do you tell which side of the ampmeter is pos and neg? There is no label on the back.

Two other gauges have GA and SW labels on opposite sides of the rear. What does this stand for?

The back of the ignition switch has the following labels: one top post has GA above it and RAD below it. The other top post is labelled AM, and the bottom has COIL. The vintage directions refer to A, F and C instead of the actual labels. Can anyone link them correcly? Thanks
