Failed under normal use. Life time warrenty does not mean much on the walk home. I asked if they had upgraded the broken part? Answer was 'guaranteed for life.' Cheep zinc parts. Keep your orig flanges until you find quality select hubs. I threw away what was left of my Super Winch hubs. Not willing to repair and have them fail again. I do not go back to, or support mfgs that fail. If I were given a free set of Super winch hubs, I would not put them on any of my trucks, nor would waste shelf space. If you work your truck, these are not reliable. David, Maui
