ffpw glass to windshield frame question

i am getting around to working on my 52 ffpw, i'm istalling new glass in the windshield frame. looks like it had thin rubber channels between the glass and the frame. where can i get this rubber? or what else can i use to make the seal between glass and frame? what is a good source for the windshield frame to cab weather seal? i am also in need of a good working windshield regulator.
