Steve;
I tried chemical removal on my Carryall. The old Military paint is tough. It was taking forever and till not removing it well. Plus the cost was eating me alive. I loaded up my pressure blaster with Black Beauty FINE and shot her. The old paint just disappeared in an instant. Run at reduced pressure, dont blast straight on. Get the feel on some old useless parts. It is possible to warp sheet metal with blasting if you get careless.

I have blasted my Carryall, Bumblebee and M37 with NO sheet metal problems whatsoever. In all cases I used Black Beauty FINE and reduced pressure 60#
