Prev question about stainless window frame

I asked about stainless windsheld frames on a flat fender the other day.I went to look at the truck and found that they were not,just painted.Anyway,the truck I looked at is complete except for bed sides.One quarter size rust hole back of cab dr. side.No tears in seat.Winch complete.Glass uncracked.No frame rot.Good tires.Wing glass on doors.Body very straight.Engine will run after radiator fixed and re-installed.
Didnt find out year or get vin number,but my question is..is it worth $2000.00???
