I Just called the Best Western, they have a few blocks of rooms that could be released 2-3 weeks before the rally, but some goof- ball reserved the entire hotel from Saturday night on, for their wedding about a year ago.
...But there is alot of other places to stay in the area, most are closer than your daily drive in to the office.
