coolant leaks

My 1961 TWPW with a '76 360 has developed a coolant leak. It appears to be coming from the front bolts of my exhaust manifold on the passenger side. Does this indicate a blown head gasket, or something more serious? The weather here in Colorado is starting to get nice enough to work on my truck outside. You lucky folks with garages.
