Tim Peterson if I remember correctly welded the caliper bracket to the steering knuckle. Ray improved on that and bolted it to the steering knuckle where the backing plate bolted in. Tim may have done this on his later versions.

The caliper bracket and the hub modifications for the rotor are not rocket science. You just need to need to have very accurate measurements and good equipment to bend and weld the parts. Basically a machine shop is needed. That is the service that Ray provided besides the design. He had the appropriate equipment and the craftmanship to do a great job. His parts are of highest quality.

Hopefully Ray will still make the caliper and rotor brackets and ship them to the US. The hub work can be done by a competant machine shop over here.
