Share your knowledge, interest, and experience in Dodge 4x4 trucks with others in this country and around the world. Write about your truck, your modification, your restoration, your repair. Explain what first got you interested in Dodge 4X4 trucks and the extent to which you are involved today. Tell us about you and your collection. Tell us about the adventure you had going to get that first truck, or that special truck. Share photos of your truck and your larger project.

Your wife may be a writer; she may wish to document the nature and extent of your affliction. She can write an article about you and your hobby and what she has learned.

The Power Wagon Advertiser is seeking written contributions covering 1/2, 3/4, and 1-1/2 ton WWII Dodges, M-series Dodges, civilian 1-ton Power Wagons of the WDX-WM300 variety, all Power Giants, all W-series trucks also known as Sweptline era trucks, and Dodge 4X4 trucks made in 1972 and later.

What do you find so powerfully addicting about Dodges? What compels you to own one? How has the hobby changed you? Did you make a special tool for service work?

Most of the articles found in the Power Wagon Advertiser are written by readers. These include restoration and technical articles, event coverage, human interest pieces involving Dodge trucks, historical articles, and travelogues. You need not be a writer to be published, you simply need to tell your story. In my capacity as editor, I will assist anyone lacking in confidence in assembling an article. Or, write to me, tell me your information, send your photos, and I will write the article.

When your article is published, you will be rewarded with subscription to the Power Wagon Advertiser at no charge, depending on the nature and scope of your article, of typically one or two years duration. You will also become famous world wide.

You may send your article in the U.S. Mail, or you may e-mail it to me. You may attach Microsoft Word document to your e-mail or simply paste the article in as body text in your e-mail.

You may also send handwritten materials. Most people still use that method. If you type or write your article, it is helpful if your column of text does not extend all across the paper. It is easier for me to read and type when you have a narrower column with the lines spaced farther apart. If you do write your text on a computer, please see that I get the electronic file, as that saves me many a late night.

If you have photos to include with your article, send film photographs or high resolution digital files. If you intend to use digital files, please write to me indicating how many files you have and how big they are. If they are too big, it will take too long to download them here, as I am surrounded by cattle and cornfields and have only a dial-up connection.

Send your photos or hard copies of articles to the following address if you are using the US mail: Power Wagon Advertiser Dept. W 3090 Benton Iowa Rd. Norway, IA 52318 USA.

Fire up your word processor or sharpen that wooden pencil and share your views and your experience.
