It resembles the E7F1 and E7S1 model carburetors used from late 1947-1960, but without the integral velocity governor. I could be a model used on larger trucks from the late '40s time frame, but these would also have had an integral governor. Other clues are the gold colored seat retainer (needle and seat), the unique choke cable bracketry, the dog lever on the throttle shaft to the "rear" of the carb instead of the "front", and the short air cleaner adaptor. All of these clues point to a carburetor meant for a stationary industrial application. These engines typically didn't use the integral velocity governor, intead were controled from a belt or gear driven mechanical governor. Some parts may work on a POWER-WAGON governor.
