I assume that the gun emplacement in the rear is armored. Least I assume that is what all the metal around it is. That could be a nasty truck to meet up with. It would be better if the driver was better protected.
You can see where some of the new modern tactical vehicles came from if you let your mind wander a bit from this truck.
