ot. dodge cummins into 1980 gmc 1 ton

i have a 1980 gmc 3500 1 ton that i was thinking about putting in a 12 valve dodge cummins motor in it. it has a turbo 400 trans in it with a 454. what would i need to get to do the swap. thanks for all your help. dave
