I did search the net, seems they use a big machine to do it. Lots of jaws, hooks, flippers, turners, on the machine. You have to compress the ring, then remove the lock ring, then uncompress and remove the "inner tire". Then use a ratchet strap to flex the inner tire into a peanut shape, and use a winch to pull the inner tire out. Or maybe a 2x4? Try searching of <"run flat" hummwv> or maybe add Higgins or Hutchins(???) in the mix.
Maybe there is a field service method for when no machinery is available? Anybody got a LAV manual?
I plan an building adapters to run the whole run-flat rim on my PW, I've seen too many radials that are ruined by the time you stop the car, when you have a flat.
