I made them for a while but did not get enought orders so the templet is now used on other things. They need to be 4 ft wide and the curved side sections I ended up making them longer to get rid of a seam on the sides. I just used 1/16" fiber glass impregnated wall board which was water proof and sprayed Comercial Adhesive Spray glue on the board and stuck my coise of color on it and folded the edge around to the back of the head liner. Course it will take a while to figure out the right cut on the front and placement of the window hole. I used the metal trim to pre drill it. The sheets are 4X8 in size and you can buy it at lumber yards 1 sheet is more than enought to make one with. Mark H.
