I understand. However, I would like to simply bore it out slightly myself (to save money) and not sleeve it. Pitting mostly occurs because the trucks are left to set for 30 years with the same wet brake fluid or no brake fluid in them. Once the system is cleaned and the fluid is changed periodically, additional pitting should not be a problem.
