Take 3 battrys and hook them up like this all in a row. Battry one will be your Positive conection going to the starter then take the Neg on that battry and hook it to the Pos on Number 2 battry and the Neg from number 2 Battry to Pos on number 3 battry, then the negitive from number 3 battry will be the other conection you use to geound to the frame. Presto 36 volts and each time you add a battry to the row in series the voltage will go up 12 volts for each one. 10 - 12 volt battrys in series will give you 120 volts DC. Mark H.
