Installed a 4" exhaust today

I installed a Magnaflo 4" stainless exhaust on my '01 3500 CTD today since my tail pipe had rusted off the original. It doesn't sound much louder than stock and I can feel a difference in added power. I'm hoping for more MPG and it should help when I pull my 35' trailer with the two trucks loaded. Anyone else gone this route and what did you find after the change?
