Bill,
I have what I think is an M715 (11/4 ton Jeep) gas tank. It's in pretty good shape except for one spot that needs about a 4" patch. You can have it if you can use it as I'm tired of looking at it.
It was pretty close to the size of my PW tank as I recall. I can measure it if you like.
I'm in Hillsborough, NJ just off of Rt.206
