24V to 12V inverter

I've been running a 24V generator and 12V alternator for 10 years in my 1952 M37. I really like the 24V starting power and winch power. The 12V alternator has been a problem. Mechanically it is the weak point. Does anyone know of a 24V to 12V inverter? I need it to run the two radiator fans, radio and turn signals.
