According to my 59 literature they came with 354 Hemis, depending on the model they had 218 HP with 319 lb ft of torque on the standard. The H.D. is listed at 224 hp and 340 lb ft torque. Now if it were the dual carb then it has 234/360. As with any motor that has Hemi after the displacement, parts prices are $$$ expensive. What kind of shape is the rest of the truck in? Can you post any pictures? What do you plan to do with the truck?
