I have been looking into replacement power wagon leaf springs. These springs would be engineered taking into account the original leaf spring design, the loaded axle weight (load capacity to be determined), and the unsprung weight of the truck. They would use all the latest technology and would include some great spring features. See the link to get an idea of what may be included. They should provide a great improvement in ride. I am in the process of doing addtional research, but these springs would provide a much better option than the custom springs that some have purchased because they would be tested and proven before made available. Approximate cost would be $800 plus shipping.
Of course, the availability of these spring will partly depend my experience with the Air Locker and they probably wouldn't be available for at least 12 months.
