Transfer Case Rebuild

Waiting on a bearing, seal & gasket package from VPW to rebuild my NP 200 T case.
I have the OEM shop manual that does a desent job of explaning the project, however I know some of you out there have done this and likely more than one. Can anyone recomend some tips, tricks, or a better source of litrature to walk me through the rebuild??
