Rus, Tulsa winch logo is on the top cover next to the Hicky logo. I would assume their reduction and worm drive were used for the Hicky vertical drum. Always wanted one since they first came out. I see new motors on ebay listing Hicky as well as other mfgs as suitable replacement at just over $100. It appears to be a quality product, worm drives a 9" gear. Maybe change out your lub and get rid of any accumulated water. Run it till it drops. David, Maui
