If it was my motor I would pour some kerosine or atf into each hole and let it sit for a couple of days and maybe it will free up the rings. Atf also works well, it is pretty thin and has alot of detergent in it.I would also drain themotor oil and put a couple of quarts of atf with some 5w30 and turn the oilpump with a drill motor and a hexrod to get it lubed.thenI would try giving it a compresion test.If it has not been run in a coons age it could be alot of things.
