I can't say for sure that it'll work for your swivel, but I've used this simple system on many rigs and it's always done the job for me. Get 20' of 1/4" clear vinyl tubing (very cheap at any building supply place) and a few inches of 1/4" vacuum hose or fuel line hose. Fill the master cylinder with brake fluid. Loosen the bleed screw on one of the wheels (I start with right rear). Slip one end of the rubber hose over the vinyl tubing and the other end over the bleed screw. It will make an easy but snug fit with no clamps. Unroll the vinyl tube so it will go near the front of the cab where you can see it and stick the end in a can or bucket. Pump the brake pedal slowly with full strokes while keeping the MC topped up with fluid. Eventually dirty old fluid will start coming out of the tube along with considerable air bubbles. Keep pumping and refilling the MC while watching the fluid coming through the tube (the purpose of clear tubing is so you can easily see air bubbles and dirt). Eventually the fluid will be clean but there may still be air bubbles in it. Now we get to the bleeding part. Top off the MC and stick the end of the vinyl tube over it so the fluid that you pump through the system will run back into the MC. At this point you can pump and pump and pump as long as it takes to get all the air out. This is much better than the two-man "Open!"/"Close!"/"Up!"/"Down!" system. With 20' of clear tubing you can quickly see if there is even one small bubble left. I have never had to re-bleed brakes that I've bled this way. Plus you don't have to find a helper. Remember to clean out the tiny bypass port in the MC. It's about a #70 drill size, so it takes a fine wire or a very small torch tip cleaner to clean it out.
