The only other air locker that is worthy is the Eaton unit found on the Jeep Rubicon, however the one major difference is that the Eaton operates at approx. 2-3 psi vs. the ARB 90 psi. That solves a few potential problems with o-ring wear, But it means that the compressor is so small it cannot be used as a source of auxillary air, so then another additional compressor is required. Also the Eaton compressor is so small that it requires one compressor for each locker, at first glance I thought that would offer the ability to have redundantcy built into the system with a back-up compressor, but the Jeep isn't plumbed in the proper manner to take advantage of the second compressor, a fact I pointed out to the engineers during my last visit, now I'm curious to see if my idea makes it way to market on the next model....= )
