Dan, Thanx for your effort toward securing what has long been just a "wish-it-could-be" idea in probably many more heads than just yours and mine!
I've always understood that for general usage, a Lockrite in the rear, and the stock differential gears in the front would be about as good as it gets for our Power Wagons. The positraction benefits of a front Lockrite were outweighed by the steering problems it created in most general use situations.
Is your theory in the development of the ARB so that it can be applied to the front axle for only-on-demand positraction? Or, if you are suggesting that it would be a superior unit to the Lockrite for use in the rear, could you explain how the difference justifies the cost?
