I agree that you might want to do that. The best justification for using an air locker front and rear is that the air locker is less likely to cause axle failure. I haven't heard of the lock rights causing lots of axle failures, but it is common on other axle models running automatic lockers. The automatic engagement of an auto locker can cause a peak stress greater than the strength of the axleshaft (and that of normal locked operation of an air locker)...

But, Like the other Dan said, it is a good option to have!
