That is a very clean original winch that was used on the WW2 International 3/4 ton and 1.5 ton models! It is designed for straight frame rails, NOT for upward angled like the PW and Dodge WW2 vehicles. It does utilize all the same internal parts though. The MU-3 was also found on some early Ford GTBs then Gar Wood got the winch contract. It would make an excellent rear low mount winch for a PW or other truck too!
