THANKS, and yes the letter are 1/4" thick welded (pug welded from behind) to a 1/4" plate. It was all water jet cut to my drawings, and I welded it all together. I probably should have the raised surfaces knurled, but I can always do that later.

I wish my body and bed were in the same state as yours!
