Michelin XZLs - What are they like to run and what are you u

Ok I got a line on some Michelin XZLs up here in B.C. I will be taking a look at them next week. What are they like ? These are not Marty's , I was too afraid of the hidden shipping and handling fees to even bother trying to have them shipped up from California.

If I do not get the Michelyns what else should I consider ?

Is 11 inches too narrow ? 11 x 38.5 x 16 is what I have found.

Both running boards for the Carryall are half done. Crash bar , rubrail built right in. They should be jackall friendly too.
