Sorry to hear about your son's accident. I did the exact same thing a few years ago. I was driving an Indy Widetrak at about 35 mph one night. I stuck the left ski perfectly in the unmarked and snow covered culvert and away I did fly. Rang my bell pretty good, but unlike your son I didn't suffer any serious injuries. I had some pretty ugly looking legs for a couple of months and my right shoulder is still not as good as it should be. Had to get a Jeep and a come-a-long to get it out of the culvert. Everytime I drive by that culvert and see it bent up in the air with the prominent "vee" I shudder and thank the good Lord for looking out for fools who used to ride without helmets.
