Last night my 27 year old son was riding his snowmobile with 2 friends when he hit a snow covered culvert. He was thrown off his machine and landed hard on another culvert. He sustained a fractured rib, bruised left lung, three fractured vertibrae and torn shoulder muscles. They are yet to determine if surgery is needed or to what extent the vertibae are fractured. He is an EMT and fire chief of the local vol. fire dept and his friends that were with him at the accident rushed him by ambulance to the hospital, where even though in extreme pain, he was giving orders. The point of this post is to remind everyone to be extremely careful while out doing whatever this winter season. Things like this happen so quickly when we think we "What could happen?, we're just having fun" My son is in for a long painfull recovery and I would like to ask for your prayers for a speedy recovery. We work together everyday in our family construction business so this will be very difficult to deal with especially now. Thanks Ron
