I have a set of Den's running boards and a set of VPW's. Den's are a perfect match but slightly thinner guage metal than originals. They are somewhat flexible in hand but stiffen up pretty well when mounted (no jokes please!). VPW's are correct guage and pre-drilled but the bottom lip is slightly different (the curved edge has a flat spot in the radius rather than a full semi-circle). To me this is hardly noticeable, but my friend Keith who does a lot of metal work pointed it out right away. For cosmetic restoration, I would go with Den's. For a work truck, I would go with VPW's. That's what I did anyway. Good luck!
