Repro Running Boards and Bedsides Advice Needed

I have given up on restoring my running boards and bedsides for my WDX. What is difference in VPW's running boards and Dennis Sherman's(other than price and Dennis has free shipping)? As to bedsides, I am about ready to purchase from Canada as Dave M. wont't be ready to run a new batch until sometime next year and price is unknown. Canadian sides go for about $2200 American. Supposedly sides are of very high quality but don't have holes drilled for attaching to truck bed rails.(is this a big deal?). I have asked these questions before but now that I'm finally going to spend this much I need reassurance.I also need assurance that no one on the forum will let my wife know about this.
