Tim posted this on the forum back on July 25, 2005. Without question its the best Pie I have ever had.
Bunch of fresh Blueberries (to fit shell)
1 Cup of PW Maple Syrup
4 shakes of Cinnamon
some lemon juice for a little zest
Bring to Boil and pour in the pie shell and let cool.
Topping, 1/2 stick of butter, handful of brown sugar, couple handfuls of oats. Melt Butter and combine and pour on top of pie and let cool.
