I was in Havre at a wrestling tournament when the temperature hit -60 F. Us undernourished kids had to walk everywhere that weekend in the cold. It's always absolutely calm and there's not a cloud in the sky when it gets that cold. Smoke will float straight upwards over a 1000 feet in that cold.
