I had ask the question once some time ago when I found an old beat power wagon rusting away in a field that had a winch onit...and the answer I got was no. I don't recall why but that is what I remember as the answer. Possibly Charles Talbert at http://www.mseriesrebuild.com/ could tell you for sure.
